With 166 years of experience, Savills is one of the world’s leading property agents. Built on certainty, competition, time, and transparency, their auctioneers pride themselves on giving the right advice for the current market.
Visit AuctionSavills came to us before the pandemic changed the auction landscape. They had two goals to achieve. They wanted to help more customers to register and bid online whilst streamlining their behind-the-scenes back-office processes. As Covid-19 commanded change in the auction industry, we replaced and integrated their previous systems with a single back-office built into a brand new website.
Using our fully integrated private label solution, BidStream, Savills empowered both their clients and their staff to bid remotely with ease. Increasing and streamlining registrations were integral to the project. Our single sign-on set-up allows their clients to jump straight into the auction with integrated live video and audio bidding, revolutionising the registration experience.
Our AML5 compliance modules and buying options have provided a bidding platform that allows their customers to bid remotely with ease.
“Their project management, responsiveness and culture has made working together easy”

Stripping back and streamlining their back-office processes was at the heart of Savills wants and needs. Using our powerful and easy-to-use Bid Office software as their back-office system, Savills have enhanced their efficiency. Different access levels allow their team to focus on their roles, streamlining auction creation and lotting into simple tasks.
Alongside integration with Rightmove’s real-time data feed API, catalogue creation features and solicitor engagement options mean Savills have kept ahead of the curve, processing over £500,000,000 of bids.
Furthermore, their post-auction processing is quicker and easier than ever. Set up with simple customer management tools, productivity has been increased tenfold with intuitive switching between screens. Savills now manage the processing of fees and deposits in addition to the set-up, creation and management of vendors all in one swift move.
Savills vision was ambitious and complex, providing us with a challenge that played to our strengths. We take pride in building transparency and trust with our clients through our willingness to listen to their needs and deliver tailormade solutions to meet them.
Delivered in June 2020 during the Covid-19 outbreak, our solution has allowed Savills to grow its online presence, offering a fully integrated live-bidding auciton platform designed to manage and meet customer demand whilst streamlining client processes.
Our bespoke solution has contributed to Savills average sale price doubling that of most of their major competitors together. They exceeded their previous year’s total sale value by almost 40% against a backdrop of a falling residential auctions market. Our project management, responsiveness, and culture have helped provide a platform designed to help Savills continue to develop.
